Privacy Notice

This notice explains what SmartFarmAnywhere does with the details you give us on our pre-booking form, the Learn (HaritBhasha) and commercial enquiry forms, and our "Stay updated" sign-up. We collect as little as we need, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Your name and email address (both forms)
- Your country and city (pre-booking and enquiry forms) - outside India, the pre-booking form adds you to our global waitlist instead
- On the Learn enquiry form: your role, institution, approximate number of students and message - never students' personal details
- On the commercial enquiry form: your role, organisation, farm size, current setup and message
- Your mobile number with its country code, if you choose to give it
- Whether you'd like updates on WhatsApp
- Which product and size you're interested in, and - if you choose to tell us - where it will go, your budget range and how soon you would like it
Why we collect it
If you subscribe to updates, to email you launch news and growing tips. If you send a Learn enquiry, to reply about talks and classroom projects. If you pre-book, to contact you about your pre-booking and our launch - for example, to tell you the launch date and price, and to plan which cities to deliver to first. We won't send you unrelated marketing without asking.
We message you on WhatsApp only if you tick a WhatsApp box on one of our forms - they're unticked unless you choose them. On the pre-booking form that means launch news and occasional growing tips; on the Learn enquiry form it means replies about your enquiry and workshop dates.
Who handles it
The form is processed by our form provider, which stores submissions on our behalf. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for their own use.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it - whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to serve you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time - just reply to any email from us. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop WhatsApp updates by replying STOP.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date above.
